There are a few big superstars being talked around the NBA water cooler, but Philadelphia’s Ben Simmons is the greatest player who is definitely available on the trade market.
The 76ers are seeking a large sum of money in exchange for Simmons, but their asking price is likely to be reduced. The Miami Heat, Toronto Raptors, and Washington Wizards are the clubs most connected to Simmons right now, according to CBSSports.
According to RealGM, the Heat presently possess 0 draft choices in this year’s draft. This year’s No. 15 selection is owned by Washington, and future choices are protected.
The Raptors, on the other hand, are more intriguing since they hold the No. 4 overall selection in 2021 as well as all of their first-round picks through 2027. In this year’s second round, Toronto also holds choices 46 and 47. There may be a Simmons deal here, depending on the players included in the trade.
Bradley Beal is the most valuable player that may be moved during the NBA Draft in 2021.

Caveat: Beal has said that he will not be leaving Washington at this time, so the Wizards would have to accept a massive offer to leave with their franchise shooting guard. Stranger things have, nevertheless, occurred.
According to NBC Sports, the Golden State Warriors, who hold both the No. 7 and No. 14 selections in this year’s first round, are the latest club to be mentioned in Beal speculations. The Memphis Grizzlies moved up from No. 17 to No. 10 in the 2021 draft, dealing Jonas Valanciunas to New Orleans and absorbing the contracts of Steven Adams and Eric Bledsoe. Memphis is obviously focused on one or more particular prospects, requiring their rise up the draft board. The Brooklyn Nets dealt Landry Shamet to the Phoenix Suns for Jevon Carter and the 29th overall selection, while the Cleveland Cavaliers sent Taurean Prince to Minnesota for Ricky Rubio, a 2022 second-round pick, and cash.
According to ESPN, other rumors continue to swirl: the Warriors want to be players with their two lottery picks, the Los Angeles Lakers want to turn the 22nd overall pick into a rotation piece and are now star hunting for Russell Westrook, and teams still want to make a deal with the Detroit Pistons for the first overall pick, despite the fact that the team appears to be set on picking Okafor.
Trades are common during the draft. The NBA Draft in 2021 should be no different, with sparks flying.
